My sales rep Dustin was actually really nice. But his supervisor George is the exact opposite. The way he speaks to clients is extremely condescending. He costed Dustin a sale and I feel bad. But I’d never spend/buy from someone who speaks to customers like that. Not only is George an issue, as I was leaving I see one of the Audi employees treat a full blown red light as a stop sign. He stopped, looked both ways, and ran the red light to cross the street to fill up one of their cars. It was actually fascinating to see someone who is that impatient or that above the law in broad day light. Also, the car I wanted to test drive malfunctioned before I got out of the lot. “WARNING DRIVER SYSTEM ERROR” blaring after I drove an hour to test out the car and was told it’s ready to go. Incredible experience.
