Trust & Integrity
Are Not For Sale
We believe that feedback is valuable only when it is true. Here is how we verify reviews, protect car buyers from fraud, and support honest dealership reputation.
Our Core Principles
These four rules ensure that every review you read on VerifiedDealers represents authentic dealership experiences.
Zero Tolerance for Fake Reviews
We suspend or flag any profile that engages in review manipulation, paying for reviews, or posting fake complaints. Our automated and manual checks block fraudulent accounts.
No Pay-to-Delete Policy
Dealerships cannot pay to remove negative reviews. All feedback that complies with our basic community guidelines remains on the site, regardless of their subscription plan.
Complete Transparency
All review edits or reports are logged. If a review is reported for moderation, we clearly label its status so car buyers can understand exactly what is happening in real-time.
Verified Consumer Badging
We tag reviews sent through official dealership transaction invitations as "Verified Purchase" reviews. This separates real buyers from general feedback.
The Review Verification Pipeline
See how we protect reviews from creation to publication, ensuring honesty at every step.
1. Review Submission
A buyer shares their dealership experience. To prevent spam, authors must verify their account via email validation or social login. Reviews can also be requested via unique purchase links sent by verified dealerships.
