I paid full price for a vehicle last Saturday 8/6/2026 the vehicle hadn't been prepped and was extremely dirty, especially inside ,I was surprised as it had only done 12k miles. The sales guy said they hadn't had time to do it ,,but I'd made my appointment a week earlier.<br>He reassured me it would be done to a high standard once I'd paid.<br>I paid for the vehicle and off it went for a clean, I had to wait 2hrs .<br>When it was done I collected it from the front doors. Once I got home and the car had dried out I noticed the seats where all stained/dirty.<br>I called and made another appointment for the following Saturday 13/6 at 10am for a revalet as I was not at all happy with the condition. I left the car and handed my keys off to the handover guy. I then waited another 1/12 hrs I went outside for a walk and noticed my car hadn't been moved. I then went back to the handover guy to ask what's going on, he told me they are busy and cannot do it today.<br>I asked for my keys back and said that I was very unhappy as I'd made an appointment for 10am and have had a complete wasted day.<br>I am supposed to have an appointment for an MOT next week as it only had 5months on the car but I was told it was full also. Alas I won't ever be going back,. I have lost trust with the company completely.<br>Its a lot of money to pay out for such shoddy after care.
