I dropped off my zero turn mower to have it repaired over a month ago. I was told by the repair department that it would take about a week and a half to get it fixed . Two weeks passed, and they still had not looked at the mower and was informed the repair would start the following day, and they would call me. A week had passed and had not heard from Bill's, so I called them, and they said they had someone working on it earlier in the week and would get back on it the next day. I called the following week and again was told that someone would work on it the following day. A week later I had not heard from the repair shop, so I called again and was informed that the repairs would be more than the mower was worth. Bill's Tractor initially said about 2 weeks for the repair. Very unprofessional by stating 2 weeks for the repair and not keeping me updated and the customer having to call for updates. Would not recommend service from here.
