I have a nearly brand new Kubota tractor that I had it's first 50 hour maintenance done with these guys. Prior to this, I have been meticulous about taking care of this tractor. I always check the fluids before use and keep the tractor inside a shed. I dropped it off and they were able to do the maintenance faster than they had originally said. When I went to go and pick it up, I noticed that there were substantial scratches on the side of the tractor. When I made them aware of this, to their substantial credit, they took the tractor back, fixed the scratches, and even delivered the tractor to me at home. Sadly, the paint job wasn't the best, and you can plainly see where it was repainted. Additionally, they lost the cap in the back to the gear box and I had to go back to the location to be given a free cap that wasn't even meant for my tractor. It does fit though. Now I am caught in a conflict of do I trust these guys next time with tractor maintenance and risk further damage/issues? Probably not...
