I bought an electric JLG manlift from them! They showed me everything that was not 100% so I knew what to expect ! The battery box cover blew off in transport and they made sure the transportation company is taking care of it!Thanks! I will check you guys out in the future if I need more machinery !

I purchased a 2023 Bobcat S 76 would only 23 hours on it looking at the photos. It looked like it was brand new I paid which I think was a fairly decent price at $57,004.25 included a $200 insurance fee $2000 shipping fee 3000 some odd dollars in taxes so I was expecting a fairly decent machine the machine pulled up yesterday morning around 9:30 AM and low and behold the machine was on the back of the trailer backed up against the military vehicle. The machine would not start couldn’t get to the battery terminals Tried calling the dealership several times to speak to Mason. No reply no reply all day made multiple multiple multiple phone calls to speak to anyone. No one replied finally got the machine to start. I had to pull it off With my mini excavator got the machine to start and it wouldn’t steer again trying to call Mason again and again and again finally, last night around 7 PM my time Eastern standard time I received a phone call confirmation that he was going to contact his team ““ and have them take care of it. the $200 insurance that I was told was cover me for any thing that was wrong with the machine, I guess that was a lie just like everything else was the machine was loaded on the trailer knowing that it was a dead battery they jumpstarted it told The Guy. It hasn’t been started in a long time. that’s why the battery was dead . I put a battery charge overnight went to start again this morning won’t start staring is still broken. No one‘s gotten back to me. I would not buy and I repeat I would not buy anything from these people. They are ruthless inconsiderate, and there’s definitely definitely definitely no customer relationship especially with Mason.
