So being in the service industry myself, I always hope to receive the same type of service I provide to my customers, and unfortunately it usually isn’t the case. However my experiences at Cherry Valley have been nothing short of spectacular. My most recent experience started out to not look so great, however superior customer service prevailed and made a potential negative experience a spectacular experience. Last week I had our track loader in for service for a reoccurring issue. I thought it was resolved, but then over the weekend at the worst possible time it occurred again. I was stranded in the machine and had to remove the door to get out. That in itself is very frustrating. However I left a message knowing very well they were closed. Not only did i receive a call immediately when they opened Monday morning, the call was from the owner “ Brian” I started to explain the issue to him, and he said “Let me stop you there, I am not the mechanic, you will be wasting your breathe on me, I just wanteD to assure you we will resolve this” He transferred me to service, and they stated they would get their mobile mechanic out ASAP. A few hours later I got a call from their mechanic “Rich” who just wanted to let me know he was on site and asked for a little more detail. He called me back later clearly explaining what he found, what he did and what to expect. He also stated if I have any issues to call immediately and they will do their best to resolve any issues. What else could I possibly ask for? Communication was Fantastic! Even when not getting the news you want, it is important to get the truth and accurate updates. I feel they did exactly what needed to be done. I understand better than most people do, that reoccurring issues that happen randomly can sometimes be hard to duplicate and diagnose, and this may not be fully resolved, but I truly believe every effort to resolve it has been made. I believe they did everything humanly possible to resolve the issue. Fingers crossed that they got it.

Thank you Brian, Tom, and Rich. You guys Rock!
