We just tried in April 2026 to start up our swamp cooler system after Chuck's winterized it last Autumn. The plumber said two copper lines were still connected and that not all of the lines were properly blown out last Autumn. So, now 1/2 inch and 1/4 inch copper water lines to our three rooftop swamp coolers are split and need replacement at an estimated cost of $698. I do not recommend Chucks. We trusted the work to be done and it was not even completed, yet we were billed for it and told it was completed.

I paid them cash the day of service and they want me to pay them again! The gal on the phone that I spoke to said they usually don't take cash. So if that was true why did they take cash, double dipping I would highly not ever trust them....

Asked for repair services on the lines they installed after a year we got no water thanks to HOA. Pretty sure they did no repair service and charged us anyway. Still have no water to our final drip lines. Call them "Chuck's Half Ass" services... "We don't like to get wet" 😥

Super helpful in a pintch! I will use them going into the future.
