Nice place for delivery

I’ve always had a great experience with Cowin Equipment Company, Inc.. They are always professional and helpful every time I call or stop by.<br><br>One day I needed to rent a skid steer, and from the time I made the call, I had a machine delivered in about 45 minutes. That kind of response time is hard to beat when you’re trying to keep a job moving.<br><br>They also consistently have parts in stock for my Takeuchi TL10 V2, which saves me a lot of downtime. Great company, great service — I’ll definitely continue doing business with them.

Bought a low hour Volvo 200 from them. Tom was the salesman, he was great to work with through the initial purchase. The machine was supposed to be equipped with a progressive link thumb, hydraulic quick coupler, and hammer. I waited several weeks for delivery and upon receipt the machine was delivered with a manual coupler, the wrong thumb which when the thumb was in the open position struck the underside of the boom causing damage to the boom and was not progressive link. And no hammer which did arrive months later. I was told for months the proper thumb was in production and finally called their thumb vendor only to be told there was never an order placed for a progressive link thumb. Despite all of this the machine is a nice machine and the hammer works well. I told Tom we would just deal with the manual coupler but needed the progressive link thumb due to the type of work we do. Unfortunately Tom stopped responding to my calls and text messages and when I called to speak to someone to get the situation rectified they said someone would get back to me and never did. Willing to forego all of this I reached out to Tom recently to purchase another shovel and he never responded. The thumb is sitting in my yard and is nothing more then a boat anchor seeing as it cannot be used with this machine. I am sorry things turned out this way because I would have continued to do business with them in the future. Unfortunately from my experience I would not recommend Cowin.
