I found Knoxland through the Mahindra dealer websi...
I found Knoxland through the Mahindra dealer website. I wanted a front mount snowblower for my 26XLT. The first dealer I contacted never responded and the second dealer I spoke with stopped communicating. I called Knoxland and they were very friendly and responsive. They had exactly what I was looking for and were able to get me right in. The only delay was due to parts coming from Canada which was completely out of their control. They were also able to do a full service and add a block heater, two things I called about separately to add on to the work order. They were very professional and obliging. Rod was great with communicating, Jen was fantastic handling the billing, and Bob who picked up and dropped off my tractor took the time to explain what they did and how to swap implements in the spring. It was a great experience working with them and I will definitely make them my go to for anything else I need for my tractor. It is very reassuring to know there are still businesses that value the customer experience and go the extra mile. Great people to do business with.
