I bought an excavator in 2022 from Landmark equipment, it is still under warranty. I had my first issue with the excavator on a job at 3:30 p.m. on a Friday which left me frustrated. There were still 3 months left of the 5 year warranty from Sany. I called Landmark Equipment who then sent out Chase who had my machine back up and running within 20 minutes and the repairs were covered by the warranty. Very impressed..

Lady in service more concerned about walking the treadmill she positioned in front of her computer than helping anyone.
