I had a disappointing experience selling my car to this dealership.<br><br>After inspecting my vehicle, they provided me with an offer. I specifically asked whether the offer was firm or if they needed to perform any additional inspections. I was told the inspection was complete and that the offer was firm for that day.<br><br>Before accepting, I called again to confirm that the offer would still be honored if I came back to complete the sale. I explained that I had appointments scheduled with other dealerships and would cancel them if their offer was indeed firm. After taking some time to check, they confirmed that the offer was firm.<br><br>Based on that assurance, I cancelled my other appointments and returned to finalize the sale. Upon arrival, I was unexpectedly told that another person needed to inspect the vehicle and that the offer was now $800 lower than what had been promised.<br><br>Another unusual part of the process was that they told me I would not receive the check until Monday, even though they expected me to leave my car with them on Saturday. This was not consistent with my experience at other dealerships and added to my concerns about the transaction.<br><br>This was a complete waste of my time and demonstrated poor communication and lack of professionalism. If the original offer was not actually firm, that should have been clearly communicated before I rearranged my plans and cancelled other opportunities. In the end, I had to make new appointments elsewhere and ultimately sold the car for a higher price.<br><br>I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.
