The worst customer service I've ever had. They actually told me " We don't want you as a customer." Unheard of!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Also, cheap parts that apparently can’t even withstand a push, according to the customer service rep. The workers who winterized our system didn’t even knock on my door to come out to watch them, they just did it. How do I know they didn’t tamper with the pipes? Unfortunately Mainstreet continues to do business with this absolutely horrific company. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star, but I have to in order to post this.
