I had been turned down and had, not terrible, but disappointing experiences for the past 2 weeks, looking for a car. My boyfriend and I came across Merchants Auto and I cannot thank them enough for working with us and our situation. We were greeted kindly and with enthusiasm right from the start. They put their best foot forward and helped set an expectation that was obtainable. We not only left with a car we loved, we left with an experience we won't forget because Peter Phaneuf was so helpful and really looked out for us. And when we worked with Elias Soulios to figure out the finances, he was not only clear, he was informative and helped us choose the best plan. I cannot thank everyone, we worked with, enough for getting us a beautiful car that we will love.

This was the best car purchase experience I have ever had. No pressure, no visits from the 'manager', straightforward sales person, and no one took and kept my keys to appraise my vehicle and I had to argue to get them back. A very pleasant experience!
