Ohio Auto Warehouse is hands down one of the worst dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. The check engine light came on the very next day after purchase, and within five days the heat stopped working entirely. There is no excuse for selling a vehicle in this condition.<br><br>Once problems showed up, so did their true colors. They ignore my calls, won’t return messages, and refuse to take responsibility. They were happy to take my money but vanished the moment something went wrong.<br><br>This place is a classic example of a dealership that dumps broken vehicles on customers and then avoids them. Untrustworthy, unprofessional, and dishonest. I strongly warn anyone considering buying from them — don’t.<br><br>Update on my truck just took it to a dealership to be inspected. Had to have brakes replaced. They were metal to metal oil change a cab filter needed replaced was never done. Said cab filter was disgusting took rear duly wheel off to discover was only held on by four of the eight bolts. This place is a lying deceitful dealership. Don’t be the next one to get got by them. To have to spend over $3000 on a vehicle that you just paid 35,000 for and was told that it was inspected and gone through a maintenance checklist before being sold to me to find out all these issues tells you everything you need to know about this dealership
