Love this family at Orchard Hill. In response to J Charles and Travis Brown. Charles..my goodness fast food workers want and get $16.00 per hour. What is the cost to look up parts? how long does it take? Are things backordered? did your other competitor have the part on the shelf from two years ago? prices changed a lot in the past year. There are so many factors involved here. If Orchard Hill was going to order the part for you, maybe there was a recent parts price update and surcharge. To leave an ugly review for a business that survived Covid mandates and price increases, supply chain issues, my goodness. Not nice. Orchard hill and the people there know their stuff and have been in business for a very long time. They are very busy if I stop by so they must be doing something right. 5 stars for Orchard Hill.<br>Travis....Please do tell the whole story. This looks like something used. You must have come to look at it before purchase? And I KNOW (based on my own experience and by reading all the reviews), that The folks at Orchard encourage a last minute look over with some instructions for opporation and maintenance. Mike had done a great job when I was there. If something was not to your liking did you have them correct it for you? I bet they would have. When I was shopping, there was a gal there that even went to take a picture of something to save me a trip out.<br>I am sorry if you were disappointed.

Excellent service, great response time. Marshall sold me my ck2620, full rundown of machine and transparent on wait times for the build. The young man working as a yard hand was excellent too, helped me load and strap the machine down. All around a great experience. Family owned and operated business, which made me feel even better about buying through them. They sell a quality product at a price thats manageable as a consumer on a budget. They streamlined the whole experience and made it easy for me from the initial order to pickup. You won't regret purchasing your next farm/heavy equipment from this place!
