I took my new truck in to have the seat checked. It had a factory defect. They said GM approved the seat cover to be replaced. When I picked it up they told me it will take a few days to look normal. It looks horrible. It has demple in it and looks deflated. When I brought it in the seat was not like this. The truck had less that 3k miles on it and was I. There for its first oil change. After a few weeks when the seat did not go back to normal I called. They had so many excuses and then finally said we will order a new cover and send it to the upholsterer when the cover comes in. A few weeks latter i called them and the advisor told me he would call me to schedule in a few days after he gets back from his time off. I never got a response and so 10 days later I called again and he said the upholster will cost to much and they can only replace the seat cover again. I told them.i just want my new truck to be in the same condition that it was when I brought it to them. He sent me to the service manager and he told me that there is nothing he can do except attach the seat. They were so rude to me and just keep making excuses. They are not professional at all. They should have never touched my seat if they could not fix it properly. This is BAD business.<br>UPDATE....<br>They told me if i leave a review they will not fix the damage they caused so now I am stuck. I will report to google.
