Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience here with the service department. I tried repeatedly to get the situation rectified, but they do not return calls. It's been over a week and I am still dealing with nonsense. My car was damaged while sitting on their lot and they are denying it and so far refusing to speak with me.

People are always quick to post a bad review when they feel service is lacking. This is the opposite. Having an issue trying to get an appointment with the dealership we purchase our vehicle from, I contacted Springfield Hyundai in the hopes of getting in. We spoke with Rashuad in service and from start to finish, he was GREAT! He listened to our concern, even was able to get us a state inspection done after repairs were completed. Great customer service needs to be acknowledged just as much as bad in today's world...Thank you Rashaud and Springfiled Hyundai for your help this week. Greatly appreciated! *****

Traded in my old hyundai so i canceled the hyundai protection plan on it and was supposed to get the pro rated refund. 3 months and nothing from springfield, even though I talked to the office manager and HPP on a 3 way call and all was taken care of. Bought many new cars from here, never again!
