Huge thanks to the Tesla Sacramento team! I came in right at closing with a tire leaking air while driving from Tahoe to San Francisco. Even though it was the end of the day, they still helped me quickly and got me safely back on the road. Their professionalism and willingness to help really saved my trip. When I just showed up in person they were super nice and helpful. But when you call the number you get directed to an automated answering service that has nothing to do with the dealership. Can't get ahold of anyone. It VERY VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

2023Thank you for the Outstanding customer service...... 2026 So I had to come back on here and let you all know the service department sucks. I had a speaker on my car that was making noise took it to them and the lady was very rude told me that I needed to catch that when I first bought the car and that it was too late I took the car back when it was about 1.5 years old with about 10k on it. she wanted 250 dollars to fix it and maybe more. I took the panel off and push in the connection problem solved. I will never buy another Tesla because of that. we even sold my wife's model y performer that was less than a year old. I thought the service was going to be like Lexus Nick Cruz @ Lexus of Sacramento is the man btw.
