Love our tractor! Love our salesman too! Jay was a fantastic salesman for our tractor. We had several attachments that were delayed for reasons outside his control. As each one came in, he drove the 90 minutes to our home and dropped it off. Polite, professional and honest. We also had Sam from their mechanic and technical team visit and walk us through the entire machine, tip to tail. Super pleased, though we did have a couple paperwork hiccups, nothing that wasn't easily fixed. 5/5 stars.

This dealer exemplies what service should be. Jess the store manager is friendly, professional, knowledgable and strives to make sure you are fully satisified. She and the crew went above and beyond to make sure everthing was addressed to our satisfaction. I have alot of green equipment on our property, this is my first new holland tractor, with the service we recieved it won't be the last. They provide service the way it used to be decades ago, you can tell it is a family owned dealership.

Below was my comment after our purchase. Now, several months later and a lot of evaded questions and phone calls later, we still haven't received all of the equipment we ordered and financed the first week of January. And they treat me like I'm just being hateful for expecting to know the status of equipment I paid for nearly 4 months ago. Don't buy anything from them unless it is sitting in front of you, and you can take it with you when you go.<br><br>[Great Tractor Dealer! Dave told told us what he could do and then did it. Even made follow up calls to make sure we were happy with our new tractor, and to check if we had any questions. Who does that? Dave and the gang in Kalispell, that's who! They have our business from here on.]
