Stay far away. Can’t use military discount unless you buy a certain amount first. Went to use the dog wash and it was filthy and unsafe. Soaked floors and electrical cords exposed. Person before never cleaned up after themselves. Ramos were broken to wash station and the hose to wash was broken- shooting water all over. Had to place a towel To prevent getting soaked. No warm water- did not work. Only cold water worked. The dryer was a risk for electrical Shock and only way to turn off is to pull cord out of wall. Absolutely disgusting and staff really were not helpful. Never had this before. Stay away!!!

This store really needs to invest in more clothing..... they literally have no kids clothes like most other locations... Staff is decent on most days. Some days horrible....They need a complete remodel and someone to control inventory

First off let me clarify this review.... Benbrook Tractor Supply: * Pet Wash Station ZERO stars * The store in general 4 stars. The store is organized, friendly staff and good selection. They have a banner outfront the last several months stating they have a new Pet Wash Station. This is by far the WORST Pet wash station at a Tractor supply or anywhere for that matter. Please see the 3 videos (had to be cut into 30 secs each) First off, you purchase the bath first and are given 2 towels. There is no extra towels back there and the supply cabinet is locked. They also have 2 wash stations like other stores but only allow one person at a time. So if someone is in there especially with a long hair dog be prepared to stand outside the door for up to an hour waiting. Keep in mind you've already paid at this point too. There is 2 baths at all locations and some are okay with 2 people being in there and some aren't. This is ridiculous. Coming from someone who is in the veterinarian field, IF YOUR DOG ISN'T FRIENDLY and can't be controlled in public, then your dog doesn't belong out in public. Bathe your dog at home or take to a groomer. The room was a disaster. The floor was dirty and covered in hair The tub was full of hair and lime stains The ramp to the bath was broken, thus you will need to lift your 80 pound dog into it No leads hooked to the grooming table Nor either bath. This allows dogs to jump out of the tubs or off the grooming table Brushes were dirty. Had several bath hand brushes but not many for the dog after dried. Soap all over and not neat or organized Only 1 grooming table but 2 baths Only 1 dryer. So if you happen to have another person in there, you will need to wait till the other is done drying their dog to use it. Honestly, the only good thing was the hose head sprayer and the water pressure / temperature. No multiple brushes, clippers or nail clippers on the grooming table like other locations. I will not be back nor recommend to clients.
