I made an appointment on December 22, 2025 for 2pm. I drove my Alfa Romeo to the dealership for a code reset. Well the brake light was still on and they told me I needed a brake flush which would be $200 and that it would take 1 hour. Well 2-3 later when everyone went home I was told that when they did the brake flush some of the fluid went into my module and that may car didn’t have brakes. Not only that they told me that it is going to cost me $4100 and about $1200 for them to put the part. I told them I had brakes when I came here and now I don’t have brakes. They recommended that I don’t drive my car due to no brakes, I asked for a loaner car and they said they didn’t have any. I said how am I supposed to get home and they shrugged their shoulders and told me to Uber my way. My car is still there the mechanic texted me and said what is your address I will for tow out of his pocket to have my car delivered unfixed. Now I had to pay for a rental car to get back and forth to work. I need help!!!

The BEST Dealership I’ve Ever Dealt With! I’ve purchased over 30 cars in the past 40 years, mostly here in KC area, and by far, this dealership is outstanding and treats customers as you would expect, and above. They are by far the best people in town. My immediate family has now purchased 4 vehicles from Aristocrat Motors in past few years, and every experience has been top-shelf. And, they are fair on negotiations. Ask for Marty and Joe - they can get you into anything/brand you want.

advise against purchasing any Mercedes at all but especially from here. i purchased a sprinter from freight liner ( close to 30k less than through this joke of a dealership) because the minute i walked in to this dealership everyone turned and looked at me like i was trash needless to say i walked rite back out of there. after i was able to get a hold of a sales person and convinced them to send me pricing i could not get them to start the process or purchasing the vehicle. shortly after i purchased my sprinter from freight liner they stopped dealing in sprinters and i had no choice but to go to Mercedes for warranty or service. where they gaslit me and lied about the issues i was having with power and efficiency egr valve ect. i also found out they lied again when i went in to get my egr valve warrantied out and found out they had replaced it once previously. so my van with less than 100k miles on it has been through 3 egr valves in 4 years. and that's just a start of my issues with these pecker heads.

I have had the best experience working with Jacob and Riley at Aristocrat Motors in Kansas City. They information they retrieved for the used Porsche I am interested in is phenomenal. Their personal descriptions of the vehicle have been excellent as well. I eventually learned this dealership handles new Porsche's as well. If you want top level professional help in this area call this dealership. Whoever manages the place has set high standards for his staff and it shows. High level of professionalism, but not pushy at all. And as a Porsche enthusiast, I might add these guys know their stuff. Thanks Aristocrat.
