Our company paid to service our loader based on the recommendations of the representative that was sent from Ascendum. A few weeks later our machine started to have the same problem and is still currently experiencing the same issue. Now that the same issue has reoccurred we have not been able to get in touch with any managers, supervisors, or live person to remedy this issue. It has been months since we were able to get in touch with a live person after we were told the company was under new management. We spent over $21k to repair our L70 as recommended by the onsite mechanic. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY'S SERVICE WILL OVERCHARGE FOR SERVICE THEN MAKE NO GUARANTEES ON WORK, DO NOT MAKE GOOD ON ANY WARRANTIES.
