I recently visited this dealership to test drive a Toyota Prius. I live 30 minutes from this dealership so I had made an appointment for this car days in advance and was notified and assured by multiple people through email that the vehicle was ready and waiting for me, including the morning of my appointment. When I arrived at the dealership, they said they had just issued out the car as a rental to another customer, then tried to bait and switch me to look at their other inventory. I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. Poor communication or shady business tactics? Doesn't matter because it wasted my time.
