The commitment to customer assurance, exemplified by your seven-day or thirty-day policy, was clearly reflected in the high standard of care provided. It is evident that your team is dedicated to promptly and effectively addressing any concerns that may arise with a newly acquired vehicle. I wish to extend my particular gratitude to Mr. Joe and Mr. Trevor in the service department , whose professionalism, respectful demeanor, and comprehensive explanations were truly commendable. Their ability to communicate complex information clearly, while ensuring I felt valued and understood, significantly contributed to a positive service experience. Additionally, Joe demonstrated remarkable efficiency and customer focus by arranging for my vehicle to be attended to and the issue resolved all within the same day. Excellent service. Cynthia & Simone in the service department are amazing. Bought a car a month ago that had a few minor issues. The 90 day warranty was great and they fixed the problems within a week of my request. Very happy 10/10 would recommend you buy your car here.

My experience verified the concerns that have kept...

My experience verified the concerns that have kept me away from CarMax in the past. I bought an SUV and returned it within the window, and they agreed to refund shipping, which is the only reason this is a three star review and not less. I paid to have a car shipped in and on the surface it seemed largely fine. I did have to have them write a few repairs into the sales contract because some minor things were not functional. I had the car independently inspected and found the battery was bad, the front brakes were below the CarMax standard and the tires were marginal and showed irregular wear, in addition to a few other concerns. CarMax refused to fix those items, and disputes the measurements. Whether you chose to believe an independent shop with nothing to gain from identifying flaws or CarMax with money to lose by fixing them is up to you. Thankfully they have a full return policy, and were willing to refund the shipping fee. I'm genuinely surprised they didn't bother to keep the sale, the follow on service revenue, and a happy customer. The saving grace here was a painless return.

I had a great experience selling my car at CarMax Merriam, and that is 100% thanks to Kimesha Spooner. From the moment I walked in, Kimesha was incredibly knowledgeable and handled the entire transaction with ease. What stood out most was her patience; she took the time to answer every question I had and never made me feel rushed. If you are going to CarMax, ask for Kimesha—she is a true professional who makes the process stress-free and seamless
