It was professional from start to finish and, despite never test driving the vehicle myself, the process and the vehicle exceeded my expectations. They delivered exactly as promised in every way. These people can be trusted at their word and I appreciate them for that!

I was looking for a used Tesla Model X 2022 or later, 6 seats, HW4 for 2 months and finally found one at Global Motorsports Belle Meade in Tennessee. I live in NY and wanted to move fast before someone else bought it out from under me. The price of the MX was also reasonable. But not being able to see the car in person or test drive it made me feel a little uncomfortable at first. But I worked with Alex via phone calls and text messaging and he made me feel a lot better about my decision to go through with the purchase. He provided many photos and videos of the car as well as answered all the questions that I had all within a single day. He was extremely transparent about the condition of the car including showing up close in a video a huge scratch in the back of the car where someone apparently keyed it. He agreed to have the scratch fixed and the wheels fixed from curb rashes (they did a fantastic job with fixing both because the paint job and wheels look brand new when I got the car). During the next few days, Alex went on vacation since it was the holidays but he still replied to my text messages. This is the part that I really appreciate from him because he took time out from his own vacation to help me when he didn't have to. Finally the good reviews that I read about online about this dealership also helped give me confidence about this big purchase that I would normally do in person. Once I made the decision to go through with the purchase, Alex was able to initiate the financing of the car. I received the car exactly 2 weeks from when I first called the dealership to ask about the car to when it was unloaded a block away from my house. The entire process was smooth and it's been a few weeks since I've gotten the car and I'm still very happy with my purchase. If I visit Nashville in the future I would like to stop by to thank Alex and the staff at Global Motorsports in person!
