I bought a car in October of 2025. The dealer owed my tag office over $500 dollars. Dealer said if I paid they would reimburse me. Still have yet to see that check. I couldn’t wait for the dealer to pay themselves because they didn’t get my paperwork to the local tag office until 4 days after my drive off tag expired. They asked me to come down for a drive off tag extension. I live 2 hours away. They had weeks to get my paperwork to the tag office.
